After many years of meditation and spiritual practice, I began to notice, not only my long time affinity for plants and
all of nature, but also my ability to tune in and ‘hear’ different things from plants, trees, stones and other beings in my
environment. I began to notice that if I asked, I was answered. If I were wildcrafting herbs in the fields and in the
mountains, and asked the plants’ permission to take a share, I usually heard inside, “take what you need”. Then I
would leave a thank-you offering for their gift.
I was familiar with homeopathics for many years, and had used Bach Flower Remedies for a good while. So I was
easy with the concept of vibrational healing forms. From a larger homeopathic point of view, I realized one could
make an essence from anything.
The outcome of all of this led me to consider the sacred journeys and pilgrimages a few friends were making to
Egypt, Scotland and Central America. I had been working with crystals for a awhile and knew how programmable
they could be; absorbing, holding and then dispensing information. So I sent a few crystals with these friends and
specific instructions on how to work with them and why.
At each site, crystals were placed in a particular area and allowed to remain there for a while. They were then taken
up and put into small envelopes and labeled. When these voyagers returned, I would make an essence from the
crystal, and then meditate with the crystal, asking it to share its information with me. In this way, I made many
essences, over a period of years, from places all over the world. People who were planning a trip just seemed to
cross my path at every turn. I began to feel that these journeys and pilgrimages to sacred sites and the essences
others would use, were enabling those who weren’t traveling to benefit from the energy at Stonehenge, Crete, or at
a Thai Buddhist Temple. Then anyone could receive the ‘blessings’ from that place.
As people used these essences and gave me feedback on their experiences with them, I began to look at the grid
that was being created, energetically, all over the globe. The essences became links between the person and sacred
places in many areas, and the areas themselves began to feel linked together with each other. Thus I became aware
of the web-like grid of light covering the planet, interlinking one place of power and sacred energy with another. It is
like looking at a map of meridians for the human body and activating the trigger points to stimulate harmonious
energy flow. We are activating and stimulating and connecting the power grid of sacred power places across the
globe, awakening the larger consciousness of humanity, the earth and all who dwell upon Her.
We are also infusing ourselves with these energies and awakening old DNA patterns, old spiritual learnings and
lessons from inhabiting other bodies in other lifetimes upon this planet.
As another piece of this ongoing body of work, I began to see the value of doing shamanic journeys to these sacred
sites. I had been involved in shamanic practices for years, teaching people through workshops and classes, how to
enter non-ordinary reality. Here they could have experiences for healing and growth. I intuited, one day, that this
would be another valuable piece, to journey to these sacred sites using the essence from that place as a catalyst and
focus.
So these essences may be used as they are, and also used as a means of journeying to that specific place and time.
The Essences are made like flower essences, in the sun with pure, filtered water and 25% brandy. As vibrational
